Toronto's brand new sci-fi, fantasy, and horror storytelling show. Presented on the first Friday of every month at the Bad Dog Comedy Theatre. 

Everything you are about to hear is true.

Reality is a rainbow spread from the light of truth by the prism of perception. Hanging on the sliver of time between now and later is a place only dreamed of by the mad. From this place a fount of truth. These are: The Tales from the Black.

The Bloor Hot Docs Cinema will be rolling out the red carpet as we present a live-feed of the 87th Academy Awards® on the big screen on Sunday, February 22. Join us for a free night of fun and entertainment including trivia, contests, prizes and surprises. Come casual or go glam and toast the stars from your seat at the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema!

Hosted by The Templeton Philharmonic (Gwynne Phillips & Briana Templeton) and Bloor Hot Docs Cinema programmer Robin Smith.

Tickets: Admission is FREE (two tickets per person). 
Bloor members can pick up tickets at the cinema or by signing inonline beginning January 23. Tickets for non-members will be available at the Bloor box office beginning February 7, at 2:00 p.m. A limited number of same-day tickets will be available at the door on February 22, at 1:00 p.m.
